Dr. Kyle Alexander

Dr. Kyle Alexander was born and raised in Columbus, where he attended the Columbus Academy. He then went on to complete his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at the University of Richmond and decided to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA where he served as the President and Treasurer of the student body.  Dr. Alexander graduated Cum Laude and was inducted into the International Chiropractic Honor Society.

Dr. Alexander’s internship at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD is one distinguishing factor that separates him from others.  He was able to work directly with Dr. William Morgan who opened the Navy’s first chiropractic clinic and won the Chiropractor of the Year award in 2003 and is now the president of Parker University in Dallas, TX.  Not only did Dr. Alexander log over 440 hours of treatment with active duty service men and women but he also completed rotations with the following medical specialties:

Neurology / Neurosurgery

Radiology

Neuroradiology

Pain Management

Rheumatology

In/Out-Patient Physical Therapy

Urology

Traumatic Brain Injury

Diabetes

Oral/Facial Pain

Gastroenterology

Executive Health

Dr. Alexander wanted to be a physician since he was a small boy.  The dream of a practice consisting of medical, chiropractic and physical rehabilitation under one roof and working closely together is finally coming true.  Dr. Alexander became interested in integrated medicine in high school when he noticed instant relief from injuries sustained from being on multiple sports teams.  This interest grew over the course of his college career and after shadowing multiple chiropractors and seeing the immediate relief they received without drugs or surgery he made up his mind.  Dr. Alexander respects traditional medicine and always dreamed of integrating his practice with like minded medical providers.  For Dr. Alexander, patients need to be evaluated as a whole person instead of just a symptom.  The integration of musculoskeletal, neurological and emotional systems cannot be ignored if the source of the problem is going to be addressed.

Dr. Alexander married his wife Kristin, who also attended the University of Richmond, in 2007.  They live in Bexley with their two boys where they enjoy staying active through various outdoor activities, such as triathlons, soccer, ultimate frisbee, and hiking.
