What to Expect?

On your first visit you will meet with a case manager to fill out preliminary paperwork and review your symptoms.

Once all the initial information is gathered and organized the case manager will determine if you are a good fit for our practice and refer you for a medical exam with our nurse practitioner and x-rays with our chiropractor if necessary.

Based on the results of the exam and x-rays the team will put together a treatment plan specifically for you.
